Position: Director of Intermediary Experience
We currently offer a permanent, full-time vacancy for a Director of Intermediary Experience based at our corporate headquarters. Reporting to the VP of Underwriting Operations and Distribution, the Director of Intermediary Experience is tasked with designing and refining the digital interfaces and systems utilized by our brokerage associates, ensuring their journey is fluid and productive. This encompasses maintaining the intermediary portal, administering brokerage records, supervising a unit dedicated to agency instruction and digital system auditing, as well as crafting educational content, facilitating agency outreach, and acting as a primary authority on Broker Management Systems connectivity.
This leadership role also guides our promotional department, corporate identity advancement, and the information architecture of our agency-specific web presence.
Detailed duties involve the following:
Core Contributions:

Direct and assist the unit administering the firm’s agency portal, guaranteeing prompt and successful problem solving;

Supervise the upkeep of brokerage record systems, verifying data precision, regulatory adherence, and current information;

Create and launch agency instruction initiatives to boost the utilization of electronic platforms and resources;

Offer guidance to the promotional unit tasked with advancing the firm’s profile, improving agency outreach, and managing internal websites;

Serve as a technical authority for Broker Management Systems syncing, offering guidance and troubleshooting to associates;

Engage in the deployment of strategic electronic business projects;

Oversee partnerships with Broker Management System software providers to ensure system harmony and robust agency assistance;

Coordinate with District Leads, Underwriting Units, and Technical Departments to ensure electronic projects match corporate goals;

Detect bottlenecks in agency electronic processes, suggesting and deploying optimizations;

Monitor usage metrics, platform stability, and agency input to propel steady refinements.
Professional Background:

Demonstrated management background with the capacity to guide units and work across different departments;

Seven years of insurance sector background mandatory alongside a CIP or FCIP credential;

Proficiency with Guidewire software is viewed as a significant advantage;
