Core Responsibilities

Landscape Enhancements: Execute project installations including planting, pruning, mulching, grading, and sodding.

Garden Stewardship: Perform small and large-scale renovations, removing weeds and plant material while amending soil for optimal growth.

Technical Execution: Read and interpret landscape designs and plans to ensure every installation is “Grand Opening” ready and meets specifications.

Equipment Operation: Safely drive trucks with trailers and operate landscaping machinery (mowers, trimmers, etc.) with high “Integrity-first” maintenance standards.

Seasonal Maintenance: Lead spring and fall clean-ups, leaf and debris removal, and essential turf care like topdressing and overseeding.

Site Management: Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and organized. For Leads, this includes supervising crew members and delegating tasks to ensure timely completion.

Digital Tracking: Use company software for hour tracking and completing mandatory health and safety forms.
Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven training in landscape maintenance, enhancements, or gardening.

Knowledge: Some Horticulture training is preferred (technical “wit” regarding plant health).
