Key Responsibilities & Arrival Standards

Guest Logistics & Arrival

  • Luggage Concierge: Efficiently assist guests with the arrival and departure of their luggage, ensuring items are handled with extreme care and delivered to rooms promptly.

  • Valet & Parking: Manage the safe parking and retrieval of guest vehicles, maintaining a high level of situational awareness in the resort’s driveway and parking areas.

  • Lobby Command: Provide consistent “Door Coverage,” welcoming every guest with a warm, professional greeting and a “spirit of service.”

Resort Ambience & Support

  • Aesthetic Maintenance: Take proactive steps to ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas remain pristine and aligned with the resort’s luxury aesthetic.

  • Resort Knowledge: Act as an on-site guide, providing guests with accurate information regarding wellness classes, spa appointments, and local Carefree attractions.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure a seamless “Curbside-to-Room” transition for every guest.

Requirements & Qualifications

Mandatory Criteria

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a high-end hospitality or guest service role.

  • Driving: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is essential for valet duties.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal skills; the ability to engage with guests in a calm, professional, and welcoming manner.

Candidate Profile

  • Availability: Must be available for a Thursday – Sunday schedule (including holidays as needed).

  • Physicality: Ability to stand and walk for long periods and lift/carry heavy luggage (typically up to 50 lbs).

  • Attitude: A consistently positive, “can-do” demeanor that reflects CIVANA’s focus on well-being and hospitality.
