The Safeguarding “Permanence Loop”
In a locality team, success is defined by moving a child from a state of acute risk to a state of long-term stability.
By focusing on the “Family Support” and “Safety Planning” phases, you reduce the likelihood of re-referrals and ensure that when a case moves toward “Closure,” the foundations for the child’s safety are sustainable.
