This role offers a weekday live-in position, providing compassionate care to seniors in the comfort of their homes. You’ll create meaningful moments, support independence, and ensure the highest standard of daily living for clients from Monday to Friday.

Role Responsibilities

We are seeking certified PSWs available Monday–Friday who are compassionate, attentive, and committed to high-quality care. Duties include:

• Providing companionship and mental stimulation to clients with diverse needs
• Advocating for clients’ needs and preferences
• Monitoring and reporting changes in client health
• Assisting with ADLs: meal prep, personal care, bathing, safe transfers
• Preserving client privacy and dignity while delivering care
• Creating joyful moments during care
• Providing daytime care with appropriate breaks
• Living in the client’s home (meals and lodging provided by the client)
• Weekend availability: Saturday 7:30am – Monday 7:30am

Required Qualifications

• PSW certificate from a government-funded or NACC-accredited college
• RPN or RN students with at least placement experience
• Weekend availability (every or alternate weekends)

Job Type: Part-time, Casual
Salary: $220/day
