Legal Assistant – Real Estate Development || Dubai

Job Summary: We are seeking a Legal Assistant with hands-on experience in Real Estate Development to support developer-side legal operations. The role involves preparing and reviewing Sales & Purchase Agreements SPAs, managing Dubai Land Department DLD procedures, handling Joint Venture JV contracts, and supporting all legal documentation related to real estate development projects. Candidates with experience limited to leasing or rental matters will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:Draft, review, and manage Sales & Purchase Agreements SPAs for real estate development projects.Handle and coordinate Dubai Land Department DLD procedures, registrations, and compliance requirements.Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining Joint Venture JV agreements and related documentation.Support developer-side legal documentation including MOUs, NDAs, contracts, and amendments.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external legal advisors, and government authorities as required.Maintain organized records of legal documents and ensure timely follow-ups.Ensure compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations.Provide administrative and legal support to the legal team on ongoing development projects.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience as a Legal Assistant in Real Estate Development, developer-side experience mandatory.Strong working knowledge of SPAs, DLD procedures, and JV contracts.Experience supporting legal documentation for real estate developers.Excellent drafting, organizational, and coordination skills.Familiarity with UAE real estate laws and regulatory processes is preferred.Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Preferred Qualifications:Law degree, diploma, or relevant legal qualification.Experience working with real estate developers in the UAE.
