Instructors utilize a proprietary, rigorous curriculum to lead classes of up to 16 students, focusing on student-led discourse, advanced literacy, and critical thinking. This is an in-person, after-school and weekend position requiring a minimum commitment of 3 hours per week per assigned course.
Key Responsibilities

Instructional Delivery: Lead small-group sessions using company-provided, advanced curriculum designed to challenge high-performing students.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Attainment: A Bachelor’s degree is required. A degree in Education or a Humanities field (English, History, Philosophy, etc.) is strongly preferred.

Subject Matter Expertise: Deep content knowledge in advanced reading comprehension, formal writing mechanics, and complex grammar.

Experience: Previous classroom teaching experience at the K–12 level or significant tutoring experience with advanced learners.

Logistical Requirements: Must be located in the Greater NYC area and able to commute to the Upper West Side campus for in-person instruction.

Legal Status: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship or STEM-OPT/H-1B support available).
