Job Overview
As a Land Analyst, you will manage project files, conduct land title and corporate searches, prepare legal and Crown documents, identify interested parties, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies while supporting land acquisition and project management activities.

Requirements

• Three or more years of industry-related experience

• Diploma in Land Administration preferred

• Valid Commissioner for Oaths

• Knowledge of Canadian/provincial land systems and regulatory processes

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and multiple land systems

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment
