Job Overview:
As a Land Analyst, you will manage project files, perform land title and corporate searches, prepare legal documentation, coordinate third-party agreements, and ensure compliance with provincial regulations. Your work supports successful project execution while maintaining high standards of accuracy, ethics, and client service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, update, and maintain project files in databases.

• Perform land title, corporate searches, and registrations.

• Prepare third-party agreement requests and consents.

• Draft surface legal documents and related documentation.

• Commission affidavits and prepare Crown disposition applications.

• Identify interested parties per provincial regulations.

• Conduct self-audits and maintain compliance with Synergy policies.

• Adhere to HSE policies and stay informed on local affairs.

• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum three years of industry-related experience.

• Diploma in Land Administration preferred.

• Valid Commissioner for Oaths.

• In-depth knowledge of Canadian/provincial land systems and regulatory processes.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and multiple land systems.

• Strong attention to detail, ethical standards, and team collaboration.
