Job Overview:
As a Land Analyst, you will manage project files, perform land title and corporate searches, prepare legal documentation, coordinate third-party agreements, and ensure compliance with provincial regulations. Your work supports successful project execution while maintaining high standards of accuracy, ethics, and client service.
Responsibilities:

Set up, update, and maintain project files in databases.

Perform land title, corporate searches, and registrations.
-
Prepare third-party agreement requests and consents.
-
Draft surface legal documents and related documentation.

Commission affidavits and prepare Crown disposition applications.

Identify interested parties per provincial regulations.
-
Conduct self-audits and maintain compliance with Synergy policies.
-
Adhere to HSE policies and stay informed on local affairs.

Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:

Minimum three years of industry-related experience.

Diploma in Land Administration preferred.

Valid Commissioner for Oaths.

In-depth knowledge of Canadian/provincial land systems and regulatory processes.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

High proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and multiple land systems.

Strong attention to detail, ethical standards, and team collaboration.
