Job Overview
As a Health Care Aide, you will provide personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include bathing, grooming, meal preparation, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and safe mobility support. Flexible shifts allow you to build lasting client relationships while maintaining work-life balance.

Requirements

• Provide personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming

• Assist with meals, light cleaning, and medication administration

• Accompany clients to appointments and errands

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Follow care plans and document services accurately

Qualifications

• Health Care Aide Certificate, foreign-trained nursing degree, or current nursing student

• Alberta HCA Directory registration or ability to register

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Negative TB test or chest x-ray

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Compassion, patience, and desire to help others
