Kids Team Member – Parties | Life Time

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Multiple locations including Paradise Valley, Gilbert, and Peoria)

Pay Range: Typically $15.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Status: Part-Time (Weekends Required)

You’ll lead a group of high-energy kids through games, gym activities, and celebrations, ensuring every guest feels like a VIP. This role is perfect for someone outgoing, energetic, and passionate about healthy, active play.

Your Party Playbook

• Party Facilitation: Lead organized games, rock climbing, or gym activities. You are responsible for keeping the energy high and the children engaged.

• Safety & Supervision: Act as the primary guardian of fun and safety. You’ll demonstrate how to play games correctly and keep a watchful eye on all participants.

• Guest Relations: Be the point of contact for parents. You’ll greet families, answer questions about Life Time’s programs, and handle any conflicts with a professional, “can-do” attitude.

• Celebration Setup: Assist in the organization and implementation of the party’s flow, ensuring the birthday child is the center of attention.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The “Vibe”: Enthusiastic, creative, and comfortable leading a crowd of children.

• Physicality: Ability to stand, move about the club, and bend/lift 20+ lbs repeatedly.

• Certifications: You must obtain First Aid and CPR/AED (Infant, Child, and Adult) certifications within 60 days of hire (Life Time often provides training).

• Compliance: Must complete all state-mandated background checks and requirements before your first day.

Proper Party Management Flow

To ensure a “Grade A” event, our Party Team follows a specific rhythm:

1. The Greeting: Warmly welcoming the birthday family and helping them unload supplies.

2. The Engagement: Leading 60–90 minutes of high-energy gym or studio activities.

3. The Celebration: Transitioning the kids to the party room for food, cake, and the “Member Experience.”

4. The Wind-down: Assisting the family with gifts and ensuring the room is cleaned and ready for the next celebration.
