Based in Dubai, you will manage strategic partnerships with world-class airlines, ensuring the seamless delivery of customized onboard catering solutions across a complex global supply chain.

This role is designed for a commercially astute professional who can balance high-level relationship management with rigorous financial oversight. You will act as the primary bridge between En Route’s global production capabilities and the specific, evolving needs of major regional carriers, driving both net sales growth and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is the strategic architect of the customer relationship and regional profit performance:

  • Strategic Account Leadership: Act as the specialist primary point of contact for key UAE-based stakeholders, ensuring global teams are aligned with specific customer requirements.

  • Commercial Performance: Take full accountability for sales budget performance, aiming to exceed regional profit targets and grow market share through “New Net Sales” initiatives.

  • Complex Negotiations: Lead high-stakes negotiations and strategy sessions with prospective and existing accounts, making critical decisions on contract frameworks and investment parameters.

  • Business Development & Mobilization: Drive regional initiatives from the initial project phase through to full-scale mobilization, ensuring products meet customized packaging and quality standards.

  • Holistic Account Oversight: Maintain a 360-degree view of all account touchpoints (NPD, Creative, Marketing, and Logistics) to preemptively manage escalations and ensure service reliability.

  • Insights & Partnership: Develop in-depth business intelligence regarding customer development plans to establish long-term strategic partnerships with C-suite decision-makers.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Industry Expertise: Proven experience in Airline Catering , regional food markets, or large-scale catering logistics is essential.
