Job Duties

Support the execution of daily marketing administrative tasks to ensure the department operates efficiently.

Coordinate the production of marketing collateral by liaising between internal creative teams and external print vendors.

Draft engaging social media copy and schedule posts across various brand platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.

Assist in the preparation of weekly performance reports by gathering data from Google Analytics and social media insights.

Maintain the marketing department’s digital asset library to ensure all team members have access to current brand files.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities within the New York market to provide regular updates to senior management.

Manage the logistics for corporate events, trade shows, and local promotional activations.

Update website content and blog posts through the company’s content management system.

Conduct initial research for potential influencer partnerships and reach out to prospective brand ambassadors.

Organize and track the distribution of promotional merchandise and marketing materials to various stakeholders.
Requirements

Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related academic field.

Demonstrate a foundational understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management.

Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a specific emphasis on Excel for data organization.

Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail in proofreading.
