Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Client Relations and Events Coordinator based in Colombo. The role involves managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, coordinating events, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include planning and overseeing events, tracking project timelines, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the smooth operation of client-related processes.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication, Client Relations, and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Organization Skills and the ability to multitask effectively
• Proficiency in Project Management to manage events and client-related projects seamlessly
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to meet client needs
• Prior experience in event coordination or client-facing roles is an advantage
