✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle employee queries and resolve workplace concerns professionally
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal
• Organize training programs and wellness events

📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or wellness sectors
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment platforms
