VITAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Detailed Cosmetic Review: Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles to identify and document necessary enhancements for interior and exterior restoration.
Component Restoration: Execute minor repairs and replace small interior or exterior parts to ensure the vehicle is fully functional and aesthetically sound.
Surface Refinement: Master the art of paint retouching, buffing, and waxing to restore a “like-new” finish to every car on the lot.
Standard Maintenance: Uphold and champion CarMax’s rigorous expectations for safety, organizational efficiency, and workspace cleanliness.
