The Inventory Control Manager oversees the day-to-day management of warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective logistical processes.

This role requires strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in supply chain management, with at least five years of experience in warehousing or inventory control.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve problems and improve processes. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting relevant information, and preparing documentation.

Awareness of regulatory compliance is essential. The Inventory Control Manager will work in a fast-paced environment and must be flexible to adapt to changing procedures and practices.

Responsibilities:
• Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods
• Supervise direct reports, providing guidance and support as needed
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics
• Maintain accurate records and reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• At least five years of experience in warehousing or inventory control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Hazardous materials, DOT, and Load Planning/Securing training
