Job Overview
As an Instructional Designer at KBS, you will transform technical course material into cohesive learning experiences, manage course development timelines, collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, and ensure courses meet learner needs and business goals. You will contribute to the firm’s professional development initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of audit training programs.
Requirements
-
Post-secondary degree/diploma or equivalent experience in Instructional Design and Adult Learning

5+ years instructional design experience for web-based and instructor-led training
-
3+ years project management experience
-
Experience with LMS and Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline)
-
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and maintain attention to detail

Familiarity with eLearning tools like Captivate or Camtasia is an asset
