Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “Student Progress Lifecycle” through a structured supportive and collaborative framework:

  • Intervention Orchestration: Planning and implementing activities to meet Individual Action Plan (IAP) targets, including structured literacy and mathematics support.

  • Instructional Stewardship: Providing 1:1 and small group support to facilitate successful access to differentiated learning within the classroom.

  • Progress Intelligence: Monitoring and reviewing records of pupil progress over time, supporting teachers in planning subsequent learning steps based on specific needs.

Candidate Requirements
