We are seeking a select group of elite Independent Insurance Producers who are passionate about the Latino market and want to build their own book of business within a highly supportive, specialized infrastructure.

Position Overview

This is a 100% commission-based role for an experienced P&C Insurance Broker. You will operate with full independence while being backed by a comprehensive Spanish-speaking service team. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation within the Latino community to closing and managing a long-term book of business.

Core Contributions:

• Actively prospect and generate new business within the Ontario Latino market.

• Utilize Applied EPIC and CompuQuote to manage client data and provide accurate, competitive quotes.

• Offer expert insurance advice in both Spanish and English, ensuring clients understand their coverage and Canadian regulations.

• Maintain high ethical standards and consistent production levels.

• Collaborate with the internal Spanish-speaking support team to ensure seamless client service post-sale.

• Licensing: Active RIBO license (Ontario) is mandatory.
