All Valley Premier Private Care is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team of compassionate CAREgivers. In this role, you will be the primary support system for seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We focus on “Person-Centered Care,” meaning we prioritize the unique emotional and physical needs of every client we serve.
Your Daily Impact: Supporting Independence
As a CAREgiver, your responsibilities involve “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLs) and “Instrumental Activities of Daily Living” (IADLs). You aren’t just a helper; you are a companion who improves a client’s quality of life.

Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with the utmost dignity and respect.

Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes, assisting with transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair), and encouraging light physical activity.

Nutritional Support: Planning and preparing healthy meals that meet the client’s dietary requirements.

Household Management: Handling light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing to maintain a sanitized environment.

Companionship: Providing emotional support through conversation, games, and shared activities to combat social isolation.

Logistics: Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions.
