In this role, you will be the primary support system for seniors and individuals with disabilities, allowing them to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your Daily Impact: Supporting Independence

As a CAREgiver, your responsibilities involve “Activities of Daily Living” (ADLs) and “Instrumental Activities of Daily Living” (IADLs). You aren’t just a helper; you are a companion who improves a client’s quality of life.

• Personal Care (ADLs): Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting with the utmost dignity and respect.

• Mobility Support: Helping clients move safely around their homes, assisting with transfers (e.g., from bed to wheelchair), and encouraging light physical activity.

• Nutritional Support: Planning and preparing healthy meals that meet the client’s dietary requirements.

• Household Management: Handling light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dishwashing to maintain a sanitized environment.

• Companionship: Providing emotional support through conversation, games, and shared activities to combat social isolation.

• Logistics: Running errands, such as grocery shopping or picking up prescriptions.
