Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “Cooling Lifecycle” of large-scale building assets:

Preventative Maintenance:Executing“Strict Protocols”on massive HVAC units,Air Handling Units (AHUs),and Fan Coil Units (FCUs) to prevent system fatigue.
Reactive & Emergency Repair:Responding to critical system failures in commercial and residential towers within a2-hour window,ensuring rapid service recovery.
Blueprint Interpretation:Reading and applying“Technical Blueprints”to diagnose faults in complex mechanical and refrigeration circuits.
CAFM Data Logging:Accurately documenting every repair,parts used,and technical observation into theComputer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM)system for“Mechanical Traceability.”
System Optimization:Monitoring chilled water pumps and refrigerant levels to ensure“Energy Efficiency”and peak performance.
Extreme Environment Operations:Performing high-precision work on rooftops and in plant rooms,often in extreme outdoor temperatures.
