Job Overview: Housekeeper (Room Attendant)
Ledgestone Hospitality LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper for the Fairfield Inn Phoenix/Chandler West. Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping, you will be the primary guardian of the hotel’s cleanliness standards, ensuring that guest rooms and public areas provide a warm, welcoming, and safe environment.
This role is ideal for a proactive professional who takes pride in manual precision and understands that a guest’s confidence in their stay begins with the quality of their room’s sanitation.
Key Responsibilities & Environmental Standards
Guest Room Sanitation

Change linens and remove used items, including room service equipment and trash.

Sanitize all bathroom surfaces, including toilets, tubs, and sinks.

Clean and polish furniture, dust all surfaces, and vacuum carpets to maintain visual and hygienic standards.

Organize furnishings and appliances; clean dishes and appliances where applicable.

Stock guest supplies and amenities to ensure a full and thoughtful guest experience.
Safety & Compliance

Adhere to all Federal, State, Local, and Brand health, safety, and sanitary guidelines.

Follow strict chemical manufacturer instructions for safe handling and storage.

Comply with OSHA, State, and Federal guidelines regarding fire, health, and chemical safety.

Maintain key control guidelines and manage “Lost and Found” items according to company policy.
Operational Communication

Inform the Head Housekeeper of room status updates in a timely manner.

Report deficiencies in furniture, walls, trim, or appliances through established hotel channels.

Participate in daily stand-up meetings and department-wide briefings to stay aligned with hotel goals.
