Job Responsibilities

The Security Supervisor serves as the operational lead for the security department, ensuring 24/7 vigilance:

Team Supervision: Leading and mentoring a team of security officers, ensuring all posts are manned and patrol routes are executed with precision.
Logistics & Scheduling: Preparing efficient duty rosters and managing shift rotations to ensure optimal coverage during high-occupancy events.
Emergency Response: Acting as the first responder to incidents, including fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, following Rotana’s strict emergency protocols.
Staff Training: Conducting security orientations for new employees and training the team on the latest safety, CPR, and First Aid techniques.
Asset Protection: Monitoring CCTV systems and conducting regular physical inspections to safeguard hotel property and prevent loss.
Communication: Serving as the point of contact for local law enforcement (ADPF) when necessary and providing detailed incident reports to the Security Manager.

Candidate Requirements

Experience: Proven background in hotel security ; Previous experience in a supervisory or senior officer role is preferred.
Certifications: Valid certification in CPR and First Aid is essential.
