Job Duties

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that defines the hotel’s brand positioning within the competitive New York luxury market.

  • Oversee the annual marketing budget to ensure maximum return on investment across digital, print, and social channels.

  • Lead the digital transformation of the property by optimizing the direct booking engine and enhancing website user experience.

  • Orchestrate high-profile media launches and seasonal events to maintain consistent press coverage and local buzz.

  • Manage relationships with external public relations agencies and creative partners to ensure brand consistency.

  • Analyze guest demographic data and booking patterns to create highly targeted loyalty and retention programs.

  • Collaborate closely with the revenue management team to align promotional efforts with occupancy forecasts and pricing strategies.

  • Supervise the creation of all visual assets, including professional photography and video content for social media storytelling.

  • Monitor online reputation and guest feedback across major travel platforms to inform service improvements and marketing messaging.

  • Negotiate strategic partnerships with luxury brands and local influencers to expand the hotel’s reach to affluent audiences.


Requirements

  • Demonstrate extensive leadership experience in hospitality marketing, specifically within high-end or boutique hotel environments.

  • Exhibit a sophisticated understanding of the New York City hospitality landscape and its unique seasonal demand drivers.

  • Show mastery of digital marketing tools including SEO, meta-search platforms, and advanced email CRM systems.

  • Communicate with exceptional clarity and poise when representing the hotel to ownership, media, and global partners.

  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, or a related business field.

  • Apply a data-driven approach to creative problem-solving and strategic planning.

  • Display a proven track record of increasing RevPAR and direct channel contribution through innovative campaigns.

  • Maintain a deep network of media contacts and industry influencers within the travel and lifestyle sectors.

  • Manage internal teams and external vendors with a focus on high-performance results and creative excellence.

  • Commit to a full-time presence in New York City to oversee property-level activations and local networking.
