  • End-of-Day Processing: Execute the “End of Day” procedure and checklist, balancing all daily charges and preparing operations summaries for management.

  • Guest Services: Facilitate late-night check-ins and early-morning check-outs; manage guest requests, complaints, and wake-up calls.

  • Reporting: Track room revenues, occupancy percentages, and front-office statistics; prepare summaries of cash, check, and credit card activities.

  • Clerical Duties: Print and file reservations for the upcoming business day; monitor the status of discounts, coupons, and promotional programs.

  • Safety & Security: Maintain complete knowledge of emergency procedures and provide oversight of the property during the overnight hours.

Candidate Requirements
