Job Responsibilities

The Engineering Technician ensures the hotel’s infrastructure is as reliable as it is beautiful:

Finishing & Painting: Executing high-quality painting, wallpaper repairs, and wood polishing in guest rooms and public areas to maintain the property’s ultra-luxury “sense of place.”
Work Order Response: Responding promptly to guest-related maintenance requests, ensuring repairs are completed discreetly and efficiently without disrupting the guest experience.
Preventive Maintenance: Performing scheduled inspections and maintenance on furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to prevent future failures.
Troubleshooting: Identifying and fixing minor technical issues across plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems as part of a multi-skilled engineering team.
Safety & Standards: Adhering to strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols, ensuring all work areas are kept clean and hazard-free.
Communication: Maintaining detailed logs of completed tasks and communicating effectively with the Front Office and Housekeeping regarding room status.
