Your Daily Impact

The Welcome: Greet every Guest with a genuine smile and a warm “Welcome to Chili’s!”

Flow Management: Use our seating system to manage the waitlist efficiently, balancing server rotations to keep the dining room humming.

Communication Hub: Answer the phone within three rings and act as the bridge between Guests and Managers to resolve any concerns.

Team Support: Pitch in to help servers or bussers when things get busy—teamwork is the secret sauce to our culture.
