Qualifications

Minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Must have a valid driver’s license that meets state requirements (CDL preferred, but not required) and clear of multiple and/or major violations.

Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, motor vehicle records check, and criminal background check.

Physical Requirements
Physical demands of this position include, but are not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, climbing, stooping, twisting, reaching, bending, trunk movements, lifting a minimum of 45 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, dexterity of utilizing hands and fingers, seeing (close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception), hearing and speaking.
About the Role
As a Heavy Construction Laborer, you will be an essential part of our field operations, performing a variety of physical tasks ranging from site preparation and raking to operating power tools and jackhammers. You will work under the guidance of a foreman to ensure the safe and efficient completion of infrastructure projects, often in varying weather conditions. This role requires a productive, self-motivated individual who can follow detailed instructions and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and vendors on-site.
