Key Responsibilities

You will manage the “Program Lifecycle” through a high-stakes administrative and strategic framework:

  • Strategic Orchestration: Conducting feasibility studies for new programs in collaboration with faculty, Finance, and the Registrar to ensure market viability.

  • Operational Governance: Managing the day-to-day administration of executive programs, including class scheduling and faculty travel itineraries for international professors.

  • Corporate Diplomacy: Building and maintaining relationships with public and private organizations to align program offerings with the UAE’s evolving labor market needs.

  • Student Advocacy: Serving as the primary focal point for all student inquiries regarding program offerings and ensuring a high-quality academic experience.

  • Examination Stewardship: Organizing academic assignments and coordinating with the Registrar to ensure assessments and examinations are supervised and executed flawlessly.

  • Marketing Synergy: Working closely with the Communications and Recruitment teams to launch programs and target high-potential candidates.

  • Team Leadership: Supervising a small support team to ensure all administrative tasks are carried out with “Mechanical Precision.”

Candidate Requirements

SUAD seeks an “Academic Operations Authority” with a focus on institutional grit:

  • Academic Pedigree: A Master’s Degree is the minimum requirement for this leadership tier.

  • Sector IQ: 5–10 years of experience in academic support or teaching as faculty within the higher education sector.

  • Executive Mastery: Proven experience in managing the delivery, marketing, and promotion of executive-level programs .

  • Linguistic Versatility: Fluency in English is mandatory. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic is preferred, and knowledge of French is a significant advantage.

  • Accreditation Knowledge: Beneficial knowledge of UAE Ministry of Higher Education policies and the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS) .

  • Technical & Project Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and demonstrated success in large-scale project management and planning.
