The Company & Culture Riverview Farm Kennel is a family-owned, premium boarding and pet care facility that prides itself on providing a “home away from home” for dogs. The culture is rooted in patience, compassion, and a deep sense of responsibility. It is a workplace for true animal lovers where the daily rhythm is dictated by the needs of the guests—ranging from playtime and socialization to strict feeding and medication schedules. The environment is hands-on and outdoors-oriented, valuing staff members who are observant, reliable, and capable of maintaining a calm, positive energy even during the high-activity “barking hours.”

The Location Situated on the outskirts of Houston, TX, Riverview Farm offers a rare, expansive rural setting within reach of the nation’s fourth-largest city. Working here provides a stark, peaceful contrast to Houston’s concrete-heavy urban core, offering wide-open spaces and fresh air. The location reflects the “Bayou City’s” more pastoral side, where the humidity and heat are managed with shaded play yards and organized water activities. Being part of the Houston-area team means serving a diverse clientele of local pet parents who value the rustic charm and high-security peace of mind that a farm-style kennel provides.
