Position and Duties:

The Custodial Technician is tasked with upholding a sterile, secure, and hygienic center to guarantee a superior visit for every participant.

Sanitize and scrub washrooms, changing areas, workout surfaces, and exercise gear meticulously.
Replenish changing room inventory with essential consumables and paper goods.
Notify the Club Manager regarding damaged, absent, or failing machinery and utilities (such as plumbing fixtures, bathing stalls, drying units, or workout apparatus).
Adhere to the “Lost and Found Guidelines” and immediately turn over recovered belongings to the Club Management team.

Necessary Talents and Background:

Prior janitorial or sanitation experience is mandatory.
Consistent, timely, and trustworthy professional habits.
Capacity to handle overnight (third) shifts.
High school graduation certificate or GED equivalent is necessary.
At least 18 years of age.
Sincerity, uprightness, and a vigorous commitment to labor.
Capability to function autonomously and address issues preventatively.
Polished conduct and diplomacy during all communications.

Physical Requirements:

Remaining on feet and moving throughout most of the work period.
Regular extending of hands, limbs, and digits.
