Position Details
Guest Service Agent (Part Time)
Initial encounters are vital! In the role of a Guest Service Agent, you will attend to visitors from their arrival until their exit by guaranteeing they enjoy a notable stay with us.
Core Responsibilities:

Deliver productive, streamlined assistance in a welcoming way

Register and process departing hotel visitors following established protocols and guidelines

Guarantee peak levels of visitor contentment by resolving issues quickly

Evaluate and arrange for VIP and ALL loyalty participant arrivals to guarantee a perfect registration process

Maintain the reception counter equipped, tidy, ordered, and hygienic

Sustain an expert, clean, and polished image following Hotel styling benchmarks

Additional duties related to the Front Office department may be necessary
Physical Demands of the Role (include but are not limited to):

Continuous standing and moving during the work period.

Regular hoisting and transporting of up to 30 lbs.

Requirements
Your background and abilities involve:

Prior reception or front counter background is a major benefit

Possess productive interpersonal skills

Familiarity with Microsoft Windows XP is a plus

Proficiency in Micros PMS/Opera is a plus

Possess strong proficiency in the English tongue

A degree or certification in Hotel/Hospitality is a plus

Open to shift rotations including weekend dates and public holidays
