Job Description
Do you believe that an airline’s success is built on the strength of its ground operations? Air Canada is looking for GSE Mechanic Helpers to join our Toronto maintenance hub. We aren’t just fixing trucks; we are ensuring that every piece of equipment on the tarmac is as reliable as the aircraft themselves. If you have the “grit” to tackle heavy manual work in the middle of a Canadian winter and the “wit” to learn the intricacies of aviation support tech, you belong in our hangar.
In this role, you are a “Maintenance Guardian.” You understand that a broken belt loader means a delayed flight for 300 passengers. Your goal is to provide “Excellence in Maintenance,” ensuring every repair is done with “Integrity-first” precision. We look for team players who are dependable, technically curious, and ready to keep Canada’s flagship carrier moving.
Joining Air Canada means joining a diverse, world-class team that values your contribution and offers a clear path to professional growth. With competitive union wages, incredible travel perks, and the chance to work at the busiest airport in Canada, this is where your technical career takes flight. If you are a hardworking professional with a commitment to “Safety and Teamwork,” we invite you to apply and help us lead the way at YYZ.
