Core Responsibilities

  • Tee-Time Management: Act as the “Master of the First Tee,” coordinating starts with surgical precision to ensure all groups depart on time.

  • Player Assistance: Patrol the course to monitor the “Pace of Play,” providing friendly assistance to golfers and ensuring a seamless flow between holes.

  • Member Concierge: Greet members and guests by name, providing essential course information, daily pin placements, and weather updates.

  • Policy Enforcement: Gently but firmly uphold the club’s rules regarding dress code, cart usage, and golf etiquette with “Integrity-first” professionalism.

  • Operational Logistics: Coordinate with the Pro Shop and Backshop teams to ensure all players have their bags, carts, and scorecards ready for their round.

  • Safety Coordination: Act as the eyes and ears on the course for any safety concerns, medical emergencies, or wildlife alerts.

Candidate Requirements

  • Attributes: Energetic, outgoing, and possessing a “people-first” personality.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal skills; the ability to deliver instructions and manage expectations with a “concierge-level” touch.

  • Organization: High attention to detail—essential for managing a tight schedule where every minute counts.

  • Experience: Prior experience in hospitality or the golf industry is a significant asset.
