The Mission: Brand Ambassador
Whether you are behind the espresso bar or on the gallery floor, your goal is to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Atmosphere Creator: Foster genuine customer relationships and maintain a warm, inviting environment.

Brand Expert: Showcase deep product knowledge and a natural obsession with the “small details” that make Thuma unique.

Visual Identity: Help maintain the flagship’s aesthetic standards within our established brand guidelines.

Collaborative Spirit: Work purposefully with your team to hit daily goals and ensure the store operates at peak efficiency.
What You’ll Need
We hire for integrity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. While we prefer at least one year of relevant experience, we value unique perspectives and a proactive mindset.

Customer First: A proven track record of delivering excellent service.

Problem Solvers: Strong communication skills and the ability to take initiative.

Flexibility: Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional holidays.

NYC Presence: Ability to work fully onsite and in-person at our SoHo location.
Physical Requirements:

Comfort standing or walking for extended periods on the gallery floor.

Ability to move and lift items up to 75 lbs using appropriate safety techniques and equipment.

Physical agility for maneuvering the stock room and office (including bending, kneeling, and climbing).
