Insight Psychological Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for either a Full-Time or Part-Time Intake and Administrative Assistant position serving the Edmonton and Sherwood Park regions. We are specifically searching for a team member to manage evening and weekend rotations. Core Duties
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

Managing all inbound phone traffic, following up on missed communications, and documenting detailed messages.

Performing initial client intake assessments, addressing general questions, and scheduling clinical sessions via the Jane management software.

Welcoming guests and ensuring all clients are correctly registered and checked in upon their arrival.
