Insight Psychological Inc. is seeking a dedicated professional for either a Full-Time or Part-Time Intake and Administrative Assistant position serving the Edmonton and Sherwood Park regions. We are specifically searching for a team member to manage evening and weekend rotations. Core Duties

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing all inbound phone traffic, following up on missed communications, and documenting detailed messages.

  • Performing initial client intake assessments, addressing general questions, and scheduling clinical sessions via the Jane management software.

  • Welcoming guests and ensuring all clients are correctly registered and checked in upon their arrival.
