We are currently seeking a seasoned Full-Time Barista who is as passionate about hospitality as they are about the perfect extraction. If you thrive in high-energy environments and have a deep respect for coffee craftsmanship, we want you on our team.

The Role: Craft & Speed

As a core member of the Madame Bonté team, you will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service, especially during our bustling weekend rushes.

Espresso Mastery: Utilize your technical skills to operate and maintain our La Marzocco espresso machines, ensuring every shot meets our quality benchmarks.
Menu Expertise: Prepare and serve a diverse range of French-inspired coffees, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and speed.
Warm Hospitality: Act as an attentive and outgoing ambassador for the café, providing a welcoming “Upper East Side” experience for every guest.
Efficiency: Fulfill complex orders in a timely manner without sacrificing the “Madame Bonté” touch.
Environment Stewardship: Take pride in keeping the café clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift.

Who You Are

The Pro: You have significant prior barista experience, specifically working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
The Technician: You are intimately familiar with La Marzocco equipment and understand the nuances of espresso theory.
The Reliable Partner: You are responsible, attentive, and understand that weekend availability is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
The Ambassador: You are naturally friendly and outgoing, with a knack for making customers feel at home.

Compensation & Perks

We believe in rewarding our team for their hard work and expertise.

Base Pay: Starting at $16.00 per hour.
Earning Potential: Total compensation (base + tips) typically ranges from $20.00 – $30.00 per hour.
- Note: Tips generally average between $50–$80 for a 9-hour shift.
