Seasonal Operations & Responsibilities

Mowing & Landscape Season (March – November)

• Precision Mowing: Operate commercial-grade zero-turn or walk-behind mowers to maintain residential and commercial properties.

• Property Detailing: Perform string trimming (weed whacking), power blowing, and edging to ensure a “Tip Topp” finish.

• Landscape Projects: Assist with mulch installation, planting, sodding, and general yard cleanup.

• Equipment Care: Maintain and clean tools daily to ensure operational readiness.

Snow Removal Season (Winter Months)

• Emergency Response: Provide on-call support for snow and ice management during winter storms.

• Clearing & Salting: Use shovels, snow blowers, or plows to clear driveways, sidewalks, and parking lots to ensure public safety.
