Job Responsibilities

The GSA serves as the hotel’s central “hub,” balancing administrative precision with genuine hospitality:

  • Seamless Arrival & Departure: Managing the check-in and check-out process with speed and accuracy, ensuring all guest details and payment methods are handled correctly.

  • Reservation Management: Processing room bookings, handling upgrades, and managing room assignments to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue.

  • Concierge & Information: Acting as a local expert by providing guests with detailed information on hotel facilities, dining options, and Abu Dhabi’s top attractions.

  • Inquiry Resolution: Handling guest phone calls and face-to-face inquiries with a “yes-first” attitude, resolving any minor issues before they escalate.

  • Financial Integrity: Maintaining an accurate cash float, processing credit card transactions, and ensuring guest billing is transparent and correct.

  • Departmental Synergy: Working closely with Housekeeping and Bell Services to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals and guest luggage is handled promptly.

Candidate Requirements

The hotel seeks a “people-person” with strong operational discipline:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role; Prior experience in a hotel front office is highly advantageous.
