Job Overview:
As a Front Office Customer Care Associate, you will welcome customers, manage inquiries, process sales orders, handle payments, and support the sales team. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth operations, accurate transactions, and a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter

• Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally

• Enter and verify sales orders accurately

• Book delivery appointments and manage stock issues

• Balance cash and daily deposits

• Support Sales Associates and Managers with daily operations

• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent client relations and communication skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

• Basic accounting skills for cash handling and deposits

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends

• Minimum 1-2 years of office or customer care experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent
