Located in a five-star hotel in Colombo 3, this Receptionist/Cashier role is with a premium wellness brand offering holistic spa experiences. The position serves as the vital first point of contact, requiring a professional individual to deliver a calm, luxury-focused guest experience. Key responsibilities include managing spa bookings, coordinating therapist schedules, and liaising with the hotel concierge for VIP guests.
On the operational side, the role involves meticulous financial duties, such as handling POS transactions, daily cash reconciliation, and end-of-day closing. Candidates should have 0–2 years of experience in hospitality or cashiering, ideally within a luxury environment. Strong numerical accuracy and proficiency in English are essential, with Sinhala or Tamil being an advantage.
