As the face of the clinic, you will be responsible for setting the tone for every patient visit and helping to grow the clinic’s membership base through professional service and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities & Daily Tasks

Patient Engagement & Sales

• First Impressions: Greet and engage patients in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere.

• Membership Growth: Present and explain chiropractic membership options, service benefits, and current promotions to encourage new sign-ups and renewals.

• Payment Processing: Accurately handle check-ins, process upgrades, and manage daily payments.

Clinic Operations & Reporting

• Flow Management: Support clinic efficiency by managing the patient “walk-in” queue and assisting the chiropractic team as needed.

• Metric Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, patient visits, and conversion metrics for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a client-facing role is preferred.

• Communication: Strong persuasion skills and a “customer-first” mindset are essential.

Schedule, Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Schedule: This role requires availability Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Hourly Rate: $13.00 per hour.
