Job Overview:
As a Food Service Assistant, you will prepare, cook, and serve food and drinks, maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, and ensure excellent member service. You’ll also assist with stocking ingredients and following health and safety standards in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare hot foods, desserts, and beverages according to Costco standards

• Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, and warmers

• Ring up sales, collect payments, and assemble customer orders

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and dining areas

• Pull, stock, and stage ingredients and supplies

• Follow health codes, product rotation, and safety procedures

• Assist in other warehouse or food court tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Food Safety Certification Level 1 required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures
