Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our operational finance and treasury functions. This role is pivotal in managing regional cash flow, overseeing trade finance, and maintaining vital banking relationships. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless daily financial operations while reinforcing internal controls across the region.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Finance: Oversee daily financial transactions and implement robust operational controls.

Treasury & Liquidity: Lead cash flow planning and forecasting to ensure optimal liquidity across the organization.

Trade Finance: Manage complex trade finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs), bank guarantees, and all associated documentation.

Banking Relations: Optimize credit lines and working capital arrangements while strengthening relationships with financial institutions.

Ledger Management: Supervise Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) to ensure timely collections and payments.

Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities align with group standards and local regulations; support management with detailed operational and treasury reports.

Audit Coordination: Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure financial integrity.
Candidate Profile
Experience & Qualifications-
Years of Experience: 5–7 years in operational finance, treasury, or a similar leadership role.

Industry Background: Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or trading sectors is highly preferred.

Technical Proficiency: Proven track record in cash flow management, AR/AP, and bank facility optimization.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are a distinct advantage.
