Job Overview
As a Field Representative, you will conduct client investigations, assess and secure assets, manage property sales, support client moves, and document work for Trust Officers, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and compassionate engagement with clients and stakeholders across the province.
Requirements

Degree or certificate in Human Justice, Administration, Commerce, or related field, or equivalent experience

Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License

Ability to obtain a Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for firearms transport

Outstanding organizational, communication, research, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in field settings and engage with vulnerable populations

Comfort assessing properties with potential hygiene or pest challenges
Responsibilities

Conduct initial investigations for new clients and assess financial/property interests

Secure, value, and manage client assets, including real property, personal property, and commodities

Arrange property sales via auction, tender, or realtor

Support client relocations and property cleanouts

Communicate and confirm completion of tasks with Trust Officers

Document and prepare reports on all field activities

Travel across Saskatchewan and work flexible field hours
