About eHealth Saskatchewan / Public Guardian and Trustee:
The Public Guardian and Trustee of Saskatchewan manages financial and property matters for adults unable to manage their own affairs, administers estates, monitors guardians, and investigates financial abuse. With province-wide reach, our office combines professionalism, ethics, and dedication to protect vulnerable populations while supporting staff development. Company Location: Regina, SK, Canada.

Job Overview:
As a Field Representative, you will conduct investigations for new clients, identify and value client assets, arrange property sales, and assist with client moves or property cleanouts. You will document work, follow Trust Officer instructions, and maintain professional relationships with clients, dependents, and stakeholders across Saskatchewan.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial investigations for new clients and assess assets, including real property, personal property, and commodities such as grain and cattle.

  • Research property values and coordinate property sales via auction, tender, or realtor.

  • Assist with client moves, property cleanouts, and storage arrangements.

  • Ensure clear communication with Trust Officers and document completed tasks accurately.

  • Engage professionally with clients, their dependents, and stakeholders, including individuals with mental health illnesses or addictions.

  • Travel throughout the province and work field hours as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Justice, Administration, Commerce, or related certificate, or equivalent experience.

  • Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License.

  • Possession and Acquisition License (PAL) for firearm transport.

  • Outstanding organizational, research, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage challenging or unhygienic environments.

  • Strong ethical standards and attention to detail.
