Job Duties


  • Develop seasonal marketing strategies that align with collection launches and the global fashion calendar.

  • Direct the production of high-end editorial and commercial content for digital, print, and social platforms.

  • Manage relationships with fashion stylists, photographers, and influencers to elevate brand visibility.

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of runway shows, showroom appointments, and press previews in New York.

  • Oversee the brand’s social media presence to ensure a luxury aesthetic and high audience engagement.

  • Analyze sell-through data and consumer trends to adjust marketing tactics for specific product categories.

  • Liaise with retail partners and department stores to execute co-branded marketing initiatives and window displays.

  • Track and manage the departmental budget to ensure high-impact results for all seasonal activations.

  • Draft press releases and brand storytelling pieces for distribution to major fashion publications and media outlets.

  • Present comprehensive marketing performance reports and trend forecasts to the creative director and executive team.


Requirements


  • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study.

  • Demonstrate professional experience in a marketing management role specifically within the fashion or luxury goods industry.

  • Show a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events and multi-channel brand campaigns.

  • Exhibit a sophisticated visual eye and a deep understanding of current fashion aesthetics and trends.

  • Possess an existing network of industry contacts including editors, influencers, and creative agencies.

  • Manage multiple high-priority deadlines during peak seasonal periods without compromising quality.

  • Apply analytical skills to measure the impact of brand awareness campaigns and influencer partnerships.

  • Communicate with clarity and poise when representing the brand to external stakeholders and media.

  • Work full-time from the New York, NY office with the flexibility to attend after-hours industry events.

  • Accept the specified salary range of 74,000 to 125,000 USD as full compensation for the role.
