Job Overview:
As a Lead Family Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care, manage patient health plans, maintain accurate documentation, and work closely with nurses, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services, including preventive, acute, and chronic care management.

• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.

• Educate patients on health management and preventive strategies.

• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree.

• Eligible to practice medicine in Saskatchewan.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team-based care environment.

• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.
