Job Overview
As an Extrusion Operator, you will support plastic extrusion and molding operations, assist with machine start-ups and shutdowns, perform quality checks, and maintain organized workstations. You will operate tools, measure materials accurately, and follow safety procedures while meeting production standards. This role offers hands-on training, overtime opportunities, and pathways to permanent employment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs consistently

• Physically fit for industrial work

• Strong safety awareness

• Willingness to work flexible shifts

• Reliable attendance

Qualifications

• Plastic extrusion or molding experience required

• Ability to read and write English

• Basic math skills

• Experience using hand tools and measuring tape

• Ability to work independently
